Wonderful Hotel Experience
helpful staff decent buffet positive interactions
The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a decent buffet. I found all staff interactions to be very positive (they were always smiling!).
I noticed the parking system seemed a little confusing upon arrival.

The hotel provided an excellent base for activities in the area. The hotel is set back from the main road, which makes the location tranquil. There are plenty of parking spaces available .

the breakfast food tasted excellent it also offered value
the room had no working central heating oil heaters were there instead i made calls to reception but nobody answered the phone

the food was lovely! the staff was very polite. i found the location to be quite convenient. the rooms were also lovely and clean.
breakfast on sunday was very busy so i didn't fully enjoy that particular experience. the experience needs some attention!

my room featured a comfortable bed. it also included a tv with several channels and a well-lit desk. the bathroom had complimentary toiletries and fresh towels.

the hotel has easy access to both liverpool and manchester, which worked great for my day trips. the hotel also has ample parking spaces, and i never had trouble finding a spot. the surrounding area was quiet and safe.
